I’m a Computer Engineering graduate specialising in software engineering, currently working as a Software Engineer at Nealis Tech.
How I got started
I have loved technology for as long as I can remember. At school, I used to spend time on my mother’s work computer while waiting for her to finish. Those early years of exploring, experimenting, and trying to understand how things worked are where my curiosity for computing began.
Before university
Before university, I spent a lot of time learning independently. When I was 11, my parents gave me a Raspberry Pi 2. Learning how to use it led me to Python, then to basic web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and later to languages such as Java and SQL.
Competitions and hackathons
I have developed applications for two competitions where my teams reached the final stage.
- UP! STEAM 3 — ProjecteSOS, an app that encourages sustainable habits among young people.
- Hackathon Castellón 2024 — ElderEye, a prototype for supporting the care of older adults. The project placed third in its category.
Today
I graduated from Universitat Jaume I with a degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering track (GPA 9.43/10). I received the Ernest Breva Academic Excellence Award in two consecutive academic years and a research collaboration scholarship in my final year.
I now work as a Software Engineer at Nealis Tech. My role includes building reliable software and tailored AI applications, agents, and orchestration workflows. Previously, I automated UI testing with Playwright and built a portal for execution history as a QA Engineering intern, and I researched federated learning for IoT environments with the GEOTEC research group.
